Expert Personal Trainer, Amy Mota, originally launched Mindful Motivationz Training in 2009 after completing her Bachelors Degree.
Amy began her journey in Personal Training through sharing her love for fitness with friends and family. Following her passion, Amy pursued further education in the field, graduating in early 2009 from the Personal Training and Nutrition & Wellness programs through CAN-FIT-PRO: “I have been in love with Personal Training and Boot Camps ever since!” Amy started out working at GoodLife Fitness, gaining a successful clientele. She advanced her training career into an independent route, creating Mindful Motivationz Personal Training. Through MindFul MotivatioNz Personal Training, Amy enjoyed working with clients, offering her services of independent Personal Training or a more social setting through Boot Camps. Now, with the ever evolving virtual world, Amy is offering LIVE BOOTCAMPS, ONDEMAND WORKOUTS, PERSONAL HOME AND GYM PROGRAMMING, AND NUTRITION AND SUPPLEMENT SUPPORT. Amy is a dedicated fitness enthusiast complimented with creativity and innovation. As a trainer and instructor, Amy is an exemplary communicator and skilled at assessing your needs for your fitness success.
