After taking some time off from being a personal trainer in order to achieve my teaching career goals, I am ready to dive back in as a fitness trainer, launching virtual boot camps, ondemand options, spring boot camps and more.
I am so excited to dive into this virtual world, merging my skillset as a personal trainer, my boot camps and fitness class experience. Please bare with me as I am preparing everything now, but I really wanted to make this website accessible now so you can see everything from my past.
Slowly, there will be changes made to this website to link everything, all the options I will be offering going forward, and how to access and sign up with your preferred avenue. Everything will be launching this APRIL 2021!!

1 cup of spinach/kale
1/2-1 cup of greek yogurt
1 scoop of protein powder
1-2 tablespoons of organic peanut butter or almond butter
1/4 cup of oat (I get a pre blended kind with walnuts, coconut, etc.)
handful of blueberries, strawberries, and 1/2 a banana
1/4-1/2 cup of coconut water
10am Snack Smoothie:
1-2cups of spinach/kale
1/4 of a cucumber
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
1/4 cup of strawberries
1/4 cup of raspberries
coconut water and mango or orange juice added to fill
