Training bootcamps are open for all levels of fitness and run continuously at a 4 week span. Mindful Motivationz boot camps are a full body workout, programmed to be YOU against YOU. I give you goals and expectations, and I reassure you to beat your OWN records. Incorporated are innovative exercises to spike any personal plateaus and spice up boring workouts. 2. MINDFUL MOTIVATIONZ VIRTUAL BOOTCAMPS: LIVE & RECORDINGS
I’m now offering virtual bootcamps, which have a personal trainer workout design. I coach through the screen, offering advanced and modified options as we go.
These are home workouts, so minimal equipment is needed. I give suggestions of things you can use around the house to get the same effective workout in.
I workout with you, so I am your guide with form, pace and movement. I blast music to pump us up.
