Nutribullet Recipes


Breakfast Smoothie:

1 cup of spinach/kale

1/2-1 cup of greek yogurt

1 scoop of protein powder

1-2 tablespoons of organic peanut butter or almond butter

1/4 cup of oat (I get a pre blended kind with walnuts, coconut, etc.)

handful of blueberries, strawberries, and 1/2 a banana

1/4-1/2 cup of coconut water

10am Snack Smoothie:

1-2cups of spinach/kale

1/4 of a cucumber

1 tablespoon of coconut oil

1/4 cup of strawberries

1/4 cup of raspberries

coconut water and mango or orange juice added to fill
