I’m sure a few of you definitely have some social plans this weekend!! Remember what we’re working for and NO SUGAR!! If you must have a drink or two for celebrations, no shooters unless it’s vodka or tequilla… and if you must have a drink, vodka and perrier grapefruit would be the only thing acceptable…. otherwise try not to drink at all!! I know it’s hard, but PROMISE yourself right now your plan of action so you don’t give into any peer pressures!!

Work for it!!
Ideally 1-1.5 hours…15 mins of focused fitness is better than nothing… I’m sure you can squeeze something in your busy lifestyle!
