Sometimes we feel stuck in a plateau… or it runs through our mind, “I should probably workout now”… and then an hour goes by and you didn’t get those damn running shoes on and do it…


Seriously, you have to do the work to reap the benefits!! It’s not a walk in the park, but find that FIERCE side of you and tell yourself you are going to do it and KICK ASS AT IT!! Make each MOMENT of that workout count! You should be DRENCHED IN SWEAT!!!!!

Don’t get side tracked or lazy because it’s hard… EFFIN’ DO IT AND DO IT RIGHT!!

You’ll love yourself after, and have a NATURAL HIGH from how much of a ROCK STAR you were during that workout! EARN THAT FEELING!!
