Kara Photography and MindFul MotivatioNz Training come together to launch a Women’s Fitness Calendar with proceeds going to Breast Cancer.

In the calendar we showcase the 10 beautiful ladies who have signed up for personal training with Amy Whitfield. They have and still are conquering their fitness goals to support conquering breast cancer! These women have signed up for a 6 week program to achieve their fitness goals and they all have had amazing success!!! Look How Far You Have Come! Have Faith in How Far You Can Go!!!

Sometimes we feel stuck in a plateau… or it runs through our mind, “I should probably workout now”… and then an hour goes by and you didn’t get those damn running shoes on and do it…

WELL DO IT NOW BEFORE ANOTHER HOUR GOES BY!!!

Seriously, you have to do the work to reap the benefits!! It’s not a walk in the park, but find that FIERCE side of you and tell yourself you are going to do it and KICK ASS AT IT!! Make each MOMENT of that workout count! You should be DRENCHED IN SWEAT!!!!!

Don’t get side tracked or lazy because it’s hard… EFFIN’ DO IT AND DO IT RIGHT!!

You’ll love yourself after, and have a NATURAL HIGH from how much of a ROCK STAR you were during that workout! EARN THAT FEELING!!

I’m sure a few of you definitely have some social plans this weekend!! Remember what we’re working for and NO SUGAR!! If you must have a drink or two for celebrations, no shooters unless it’s vodka or tequilla… and if you must have a drink, vodka and perrier grapefruit would be the only thing acceptable…. otherwise try not to drink at all!! I know it’s hard, but PROMISE yourself right now your plan of action so you don’t give into any peer pressures!!

You have begun your fitness journey NOW!! You need everyday you can get….
Work for it!!
Ideally 1-1.5 hours…15 mins of focused fitness is better than nothing… I’m sure you can squeeze something in your busy lifestyle!

Fitness Frenzy begins!!

I began my Fitness Frenzy Program today!! It was an intense 1 hour workout and extra clean eating with 2 extra meals in today!! This is my before picture, yes fit but I’m talkin’ Fitness Frenzy! I’m going above and beyond, pushing through regular goals for a bigger, better success in my fitness. I’m buzzin’ with energy, but I better get some rest for tomorrow’s Day 2!!
